[GreenKeys] Metal object found in a WW2 bunker in Norway. Has a wire coming out from the bottom.

This looks like a typical German style (cast iron) telephone terminal box
of that vintage.
I would not say that any "high tech" was there built in ever.
The four screw terminals on top were added to easy connect the fixed wiring
coming into the bunker to a field telephone.
Would say, this bunker had two landlines. :-)
