[GreenKeys] Model 33 now 'stuck'

No the distributor rotor is only spinning when I press a key. Right now the keyboard responds properly - I press a key, the distributor rotor spins once and stops and the keyboard is unlocked. The H plate is fine. I also checked the break key and that seems ok.

I'm hoping it's not an electrical issue, but I think that it might be since it was working but stopped suddenly. One of the components that was on the edge might have worked for a bit and then failed as old components sometimes do after being idle for a long time and then powered back on...

Didnt read all the email.  If the distributor rotor is spinning all the time that is the issue.  Do the H plate adjustment for the kybd and then pursue what else could be causing it.
