[GreenKeys] Model 33 now 'stuck'

Hi All,

Yesterday I posted that my Model 33 ASR was now working correctly (at
least in local mode keyboard / printer - not tested paper tape)....
Here's a short video:

And now it's not and I'm not quite sure what happened. The machine is
now stuck in some sort of 'stuttering' loop all the time when in local
mode. I expect this sort of behaviour with no current loop when in
remote mode, but not in local mode.

And here it is now:

It's similar to when I was just running the motor from AC without
anything else attached. The ribbon is advancing and the hammer is
vibrating but not striking. When I press a key there is a considerable
delay of 2-3 seconds and then the distributor turns and the keyboard
unlocks itself, but nothing prints.  Do you think I've got a stuck lever
or something in the mechanism stuck? Or does this look like an
electrical problem? Because the behaviour is the same as when I didn't
have the electronics pack installed I was thinking perhaps something
went in the electronics now.... Not really sure where to look.  Is there
a solenoid that needs to be held in somewhere that isn't? Could the main
solenoid drive transistor have gone?

Thankyou,
Troy.
