Duncan,
This is a new version to me too. The 311 I pictured has the commercial model number in the front and the military nameplate on the top rear.
During the Reagan years lots of old electromechanical gear was renovated as it would not be damaged by an EMP from a nuclear blast.
I have a KL model 120 newly rebuilt with minor changes from original in the crate. It has a new TT number designation and a date of renovation from Reagan time period.

Do you know anything about the "7302" Model number??
The number above the "7302" - "90483A-0049" is similar to part numbers
listed on the AN/FGC-80 page of the 1970 Kleinschmidt Military Catalog.
It seems strange that Tobyhannah Army Depot would be overhauling a
non-military piece of equipment. (But maybe it had been sold to a
non-military government agency and in 1990, TAD was the only one who
could work on it?)
Have fun,
Duncan
