[GreenKeys] More LXD tape reader

LXD7 is also used in the AN/FGC-56 28ASR (a Model 28 used by the Army -
weird!). The FGC-56 parts book shows a transmitter using the 174421 and
174422 filter.

Here's an LXD31 wiring diagram showing a transmitter that uses those same
filters.
