[GreenKeys] FTGH series governed motors

So I have a LMU4 which is series governed for the 28 KSR and a LMU39 used in the 28ASR. Both are RFI suppressed. The 39 is NOS still in its mil-spec package. The 4 looks a little rough, I think mostly due to where it had been stored.
