Hello, Charles:

No "special tool" needed.

Get one of those hand pump oilers, but make sure it has either a cone or ball shape on the 
business end to push the ball out of the way and give it a squirt.

Has anyone made up a tool to oil the motor bearing for a Model 15 or 26? The Oilers seem to be scarcer than hen's teeth! Charles...
