[GreenKeys] navy equipment?

Looking at the photo in this auction https://www.ebay.com/itm/304560616653  (not mine)

I recognize the SRR receiver in the middle. But what are the units above and below? Anyone recognize them? The bottom unit kind of looks like some navy antenna couplers I've seen but the rounded front (seemingly) translucent cover makes me think it is a teleprinter of some kind?
