[GreenKeys] 4-hole covers for Teletype manuals?

I have a number of manuals that are loose-leaf with no hard covers.
They are punched with the standard Teletype 4-hole pattern.

I'd like to put them in report covers of some sort.
Does anyone have a source for 4-hole binders or report covers?
Or 2-hole (7" spacing) that fit the Teletype pattern.

Otherwise I have to bind them with zip-ties or re-punch them with a
standard 3-hole pattern (8.5" spacing)
