[GreenKeys] Low voltage loop supply

Thank you for expanding where my knowledge ran out Joe.

My main point was that a low voltage loop supply is practical when a
selector magnet driver is involved.

I happen to run my 32 at 30 mils from an IRL FSK-1000. There is a mercury
relay in series with it that can key a 60 mil loop to print on a 28.
