[GreenKeys] Model 26 - Looking for diagram on how to setup Paper Roll with Slack Bar

I've attached two pictures of Model 26 tables showing the paper feed scheme.  One of the pics 
is of the instruction sheet while the other pic shows an actual installation.  Note that the instructions
say to feed the paper off of the top of the roll while the actual installation pic shows the paper
feeding from the bottom of the roll.  Try them both.  This is not my machine - I've never owned a
Model 26.

I recently picked up a Teletype Model 26 and I cannot find any diagrams on
how to set up the paper roll hanger and slack bar. The paper roll bracket
was easy enough to figure out, but I am not so sure about the slack bar.
 
The parts I have are (according to the parts manual):
 
90942 Paper Roll Bracket
90796 Paper Spindle
3181 Slack Bar
3841 Slack Bar lines
Shown on page 12 of Parts Manual for the Model 26 (1074B-Iss2-Jan45)
 
I could not find a diagram anywhere of how to set this up. If someone could
provide a diagram or a photo that would be great.
