Definitely a blast from the past!  Awesome.  I probably still have one 
of those catalogs kicking around here someplace ...

I had the pleasure and privilege of meeting TTY Fred Schmidt at the 
Gaithersburg, MD hamfest one year, not long before he retired from the 
business.  I had been buying a number of parts and etc. from him during 
that time and when I introduced myself he knew my name immediately and 
seemed pleased to meet me.

Neat stuff.
