   Steve,

It looks like the 101-C data set plug.  After I warm up a bit I will check what I have.
In the pic you are showing the male side.  I gather you are looking for the female side with a cord?

    Greetings Greenkeys,
I'm looking for a power cord to fit a panometric adaptor BC1031A shown in the attached pics.
Looks like the cord .is meant to lock in place by plugging in and giving a slight twist. The spacing of the plugs is about 5/8" and there is a center lug that looks to be about 1/8 dia.
If anyone has one for sale or knows where I can find one that would be great. If anyone knows what this plug is called it would be helpful.
As you can see in the pics it is also missing the graticule. I was planning to make my own but if anyone has one for sale it would same me the effort. Does this thing work? I have no idea but it lights up. The call sign belongs to the previous owner now a SK.
   Thanks, -Steve
