That got the wheels turning...  I've created a test file using my homebrew software and a Dovetron TU using the standard 2125/2295 freqs and Audacity. Dial (209) 319-0201 to give it a try.
I'm starting to put the pieces together for a "Baudot Bare Bones Bulletin Board System (BBBBBS)". More to come on this.

If anyone knows how to send CR, FIGS and LTRS to minimodem please let me know.Also if anyone knows how to specify the tones let me know that as well.Maybe I could trick it into sending LTRS by starting the file with a few numbers.Or maybe (gasp) I could just read the manual. Oh the horror!

I'm glad you did this because at least in this test it showed that RTTY over VOIP does work. Next thing is to try using my VOIP phone (also voip.ms).

The tones were created using minimodem and I uploaded the WAV file to myvoip.ms account.If you dial the above number the IVR will play the file.
I have no idea what codec is used.I don't have that much control over the IVR.
