[GreenKeys] Internet TTY

I have AT&T Uverse and there are zero problems with it's VOIP using a TTY,
FAX or dialing into or running a BBS. Its ring generator even has enough
oomph to ring the rotary phone on my desk but for dial out, I of course
have to use an old blue box to generate the touch tones to dial a number.
I've also used Magic Jack for TTY,FAX and for Dial Up connections. If it
was slower than 2400 baud it was zero problems and I have one of the early
magic jack devices.
I think if you have an Analog phone jack in your VOIP box you should be
good using it but your mileage may vary.
