[GreenKeys] Teletype Oscilloscope os-11

Actually there’s nothing special for TTY about this scope. Other than the
label that is. Just typical H, V, and sweep. No delay or character start
trigger.

It’s a convenient rack mounted item but I think only truly useful in an
FGC-5 system where you could get sync signals from the 4-channel time
division multiplexer.
