[GreenKeys] 1 or 1.5 stop bits?

Eugene,

It doesn't make any difference today. The longer stop bit was for some 
early (1920s) Western Electric machines. Most (if not all) machines from 
the M14 & M15 and on can operate with a 7.00 signal.

As Steve said, the machine will just wait a few ms. longer between 
characters with a longer stop bit.  Might be a slight advantage on RTTY.
