[GreenKeys] Teletype Tool Kit Cases

The felt lined compartment is, in inches, about 5 wide, 3.5 tall, and 3
deep. Maybe this was for box 333190 (Box) or box 334165 (maybe for "Kit,
Bulb Replacement" or "Lamp, 6V Incandescent"). That would explain the
extra padding, though you wouldn't think they would put that at the bottom
of the case where it would sit on the ground.
That section has a strap. One of the compartments below it also has a
strap. I don't see a place for the loose end of the strap to connect to.
I'm thinking that this was placed underneath something like a box with a
flat top. The strap would be pulled up to lift the box.
