[GreenKeys] 28 ASR punch speed

For anyone that's interested, I found the missing information for the
gears involved.

For either the typing (LTPE) or non-typing (LPE) punches on the ASR
keyboard, the jack shaft is driven at 1200 rpm.  That's due to the 3:1
gear ratio in the box that turns the 90 angle.

Between the jack shaft and main shaft on the non-typing punch the gear
ratio is 2.333:1.  That results in the main shaft turning at 514.29
RPM.  The main shaft has a 2 stop clutch, so that results in 1028.6 OPM
or 171.4 WPM

For the typing punch, the gear ratio between the jack shaft and main
shaft is 1.75:1.  That results in a main shaft speed of 685.7 RPM with a
1 stop clutch.  So the OPM is also 685.7 and is 114.3 WPM.

I can't type either of those speeds, but holding down a repeated key
sure is fun for a while, but burns a lot of tape in a short time.

The reperforators used on the ASR keyboard are a different story which
I'm not inclined to calculate at this time.
