[GreenKeys] 15 selector adjustment

Thanks to those who responded earlier.

I think that I solved the issue.

Originally this printer did nothing.  I traced that to gummed up
linkages that lurk behind the range scale.  I pulled that off and freed
it up.  I thought I used enough oil on it at the time.

I was frustrated by not having the proper scales to go through the
righteous adjustment procedure  As I thought about it, I thought go back
to the area that was troublesome originally.  I decided pulling the
range scale off was a low cost adventure.  So I did remove it and just
exercised it manually for several minutes. Even though it appeared OK, I
gave it some more oil (perhaps hitting some previously overlooked
spots?).  I kept exercising all the pivoting places again for perhaps 5
minutes. This seems to have fixed the problem.  No more random errors
and now have 60 between the low (40) and high (100) ends of the range
setting. It has sat 36 hours between operations and started up
perfectly.  Previously holding the space bar down would give several
errors over the length of line.  A RY tape would get out of synch and
print random trash.

Only time will tell if it's fixed for sure, but I'm encouraged by the
drastic improvement.
