[GreenKeys] New TTY Stream

I had issues with "Connection Limit" the first few times I tried it.
I waited a short time then went back to it and this time it connected fine.
Mark of 2136 Space 2306 60wpm 45.5
Attached is a screenshot of copy with android RTTY.
The screenshot is after I terminated the signal and I rolled the copy back
to the beginning
It only shows active signal waterfall not historical.
Seemed to work OK. Did not try it with any of the Teletypes but if the
android RTTY copies it the teletypes will too.

Since it is prerecorded
You may want to add a short couple second marking signal followed by CR LF
LETTERS and RYRY to sync everything up on the receiving end.
A suggestion "Not really necessary" sooner or later it will sync on its own.
