[GreenKeys] 314A polar relay?

Another request (two in one night!) anyone have a detailed spec sheet on this relay? The only thing I found on the internet is attached, but it doesn't have any details like how much current is needed to trigger the relay. Or what the purpose of the PRI and SEC coils are. I know I need to use at least one of them.  any info appreciated.

The hope is to use this with a 12V wallwart to make a current loop to +/- 12V RS-232 converter.
