[GreenKeys] Okay Santa Helpers - Need some help

Have had this issue before.  Pull out the typing basket… bet there’s something gummed up within the mechanisms there.  If memory serves, the gummed up part will be somewhere with the rods and gears that advance the ribbon.  Dousing the stuck parts with some light full synthetic motor oil should loosen up any built-up crud.
