[GreenKeys] Teletype M32 clicking... not printing

Yep there's a 2A 125V fuse that is definitely shot. I did rotate the motor
(clockwise) and it seems to turn freely.  This particular fuse has a spring
inside it... presumably this would not be safely replaced with one of my
Aliexpress cheapo fuses....
