There is an Info-Tech M-200F Morse/Teletype/ASCII decoder for sale online.
The M-200F can drive loops, serial printers, and has video output for CRT.
The unit requires an external loop supply.

M-200F has regeneration capability, and can decode/convert baud rates.
Incoming baud rate is set by front panel switch. Outgoing rate set by
internal dip switches.  There is two loop outputs. Loop A has regenerated
output, Loop B is direct.

The unit is not mine, nor do I know the seller.
