[GreenKeys] Loop over IP

“I just find it funny that you're taking a single-bit bitstream and turning into a potential 48kbps 32-bit audio stream LOL.”.   ITTY samples at 11kbps, 16bit mono to make the mp3 stream.  When I went lower on any of the settings it did not work well.
