[GreenKeys] Wayne's Paper Tape

The thing that threw me was that normally wrong speed = garbage. Well it
was nonsense, but a repeating pattern of nonsense.  A repeated error
tends to make one think of a sticky bit.

The test signal was a text file, called by a batch file into the Volpe
board (COM5 in my case).  It would be nice if you could connect an
external switch to the Volpe to switch baud rates if you wanted to box
it with something like a Raspberry Pi for a test box.

I'd have to check, but I think I used list.com to edit the text file to
get the proper CR CR LF LTRS sequence. (guess I could look at a punched
tape to refresh my memory?)
