[GreenKeys] What kind of test is this?

History leading up to this.  Two weeks earlier I had mostly finished work on the reperforator.  It tested well at 45 and 75 baud.  Couldn't test 50 because I couldn't decode European tones.  Parts I ordered from Paul arrived and I installed them. 

Then I put the cover on and decided to test again to be sure I didn't mess up something.
That's when I punched the the tape seen in the picture.  My first reaction was a stuck bit.  But the other bits made no sense other than it was a repeating pattern and ran for a length like a line of RY.  

Luckily before I started tweaking things I realized the problem.  Turns out to be a case of sending at 45 baud and receiving at 75.  What kept me scratching my head for a while was the uniform repeating pattern for such a long period

So the test was a memory test.  Didn't remember switching the speed on the test source (Volpe board).

Putting the cover on didn't break things like seems to happen more frequently than not.
