[GreenKeys] Setting M42 installer options

FWIW, here is a list of the M42 options (thanks to Leanne W1WXS)

The leftmost column options are listed in the 516M manual as "User
Programmable" while the rest are the "Installer Programmable" ones which I
can't figure out how to change,,,,
