[GreenKeys] [External] Neon Bulb

Unfortunately, I'm missing the bulb.
If I even had a switch board bulb I could make one
just strip out the incandescent and replace it with a neon.
But alas I don't have any switchboard bulbs either.
At the moment I have a NE-2 just shoved in there with the leads wadded up
on each side to make contact but if you move the thing it makes
intermittent contact and I'd like to correct that!
