We are indeed back at Bolinas/Point Reyes after the Park Service eased the
COVID-19 restrictions on volunteers.  We're still unable to allow visitors
however.

The KMI high seas radiotelephone transmit site was near Rio Vista at
Dixon.  The receive site was near the RCA receive site at Point Reyes.  The
Rio Vista site was a Voice of America receive site and later a KPH transmit
site when Globe Wireless purchased the KPH license.  So Rio Vista already
appeared on the KPH license making things easy from a regulatory point of
view.  The technical part was another story but our Rio Vista Expeditionary
Group sorted things out.
