Hey Guys,

Though I'd take the opportunity to chime in here on Friden machines, I've
been lurking for a while but this is my first post. I've been hunting for
an early model (pre-singer takeover) flexowriter to add to my collection
for months and haven't had any luck, so I would love to know if anyone in
the group would consider parting with one of them. There is a service
called Pakmail who offer pallet shipping and crating services for heavy,
bulky and delicate items - Looks like some folks on the ClassicCMP group
had a conversation

shipping these things and that’s the solution they came up with. I'm sure
it would cost an arm and a leg as the Friden service manual lists the
shipping weight at 85+ lbs. If there is anyone who's interested in selling,
I'd love to hear from you off list and maybe see some pictures of the
machine.
