[GreenKeys] Baud rate change

Probably is still AC, at least that seemed more common in what Teletype 
supplied in later years.  Governed motors can be either AC or DC.

Page 208 (PDF 214) of TM 11-352 has some general information about 
differences between British and US standards circa WW2.  (Useful?)
