[GreenKeys] 15 stop lever problem

OK, I did find that the 6955eccentric was sticky.  Once I loosened that 
up, I now have no stop because the 7007 trip plunger is also stuck in 
the tripped position.

I can't see any way to get that freed up without taking the 71829 range 
scale assembly off.  That doesn't seem too hard, but I'm concerned on 
how critical getting it back on is as far as alignment.  Seems like 
there's plenty of adjutment available due to slotted holes in the 71696 
range scale plate.
