[GreenKeys] Punch issue

I have one TD that dislikes chadless tapes from my 14 reperf but likes
chadless tapes from the 28.
Full perf tapes from the model 15 are not an issue.
As Nick mentioned it may be the adjustment in the TD (it is in this case
for me).
