[GreenKeys] Punch issue

Grasping at straws:
Are both chadless punches? Is the KTR doing a worse job with the lids?
And your TD isn’t quite adjusted quite right so that the sensing pins are
too near the hinges of the lids?

Also on chadless reperfs IIRC, the spiked sprocket wheel is the only thing
creating sprocket ”dimples”, so the wheel-to-punchblock distance is
critical. Are your sprocket dimples properly aligned with the data holes?
