[GreenKeys] JARTS RTTY contest this weekend

Was wondering why I heard a ton of RTTY, thought it was the boy scouts
thing but turns out its a Japanese RTTY contest!

I'm hearing US individuals calling CQ Jarts. Lots of activity on 40m
between 7040-7055ish.
