[GreenKeys] OT: Article about HX-63 cipher machine

Somewhat related, as we have talked about and had interested in crypto machines. The latest IEEE Spectrum magazine has a nice write up on the HX-63 built by Crypto AG in Switzerland circa 1963. Definitely Cold War issue, more secure than the NSA KL-7.
