Glad you enjoyed it.  I originally wrote that primarily for Teletype Corp.
alumni, hoping to prompt some of them to write their own stories, but so
far as I know none ever has.  The title of course is a parody of one
of the General Electric slogans, "Progress Is Our Most Important Product"
Then the IEEE was asking old-timers to submit their memoirs, and I wanted
to re-write that for a more general audience, but didn't have time so sent
it to them as it is.
