[GreenKeys] Blank Key

I have the blank key on both the model 15 keyboard (from Mr. RTTY) and the
14 typing reperf (from Nick). On machines without it, is there a slot for
the key lever to go through and cutouts in the code bars for it? That is,
is it just that the key lever and keytop were not installed?
