[GreenKeys] Baudot to ASCII

The Kantronics UTU, another 90s-era TNC, would do this.  I was first on 
mechanical RTTY using a UTU and a Model 33 with a home-grown interface 
between the 33 and UTU.  They pop up at hamfests from time to time.
