[GreenKeys] Unknown part

I find this part in my inventory.

The Teletype envelope has 156xx4 written on it.  The x'es are where the 
numbers have been corrected multiple times.
The first x looks like it might have been a 4 or 9 with a 3 written over 
it.  the second x looks like a 3 written over a 4.

The large end is about 3/8" dia.  The smaller one 1/4" dia.  Both ends 
are 32 threads per inch.

It would be nice if a master list existed that told you where the part 
was used.  But I guess that would take the fun out of it.
