It is a dot matrix machine.
The East German machines the cyrillic fonts were disabled by the Bundeswehr
after reunification no more need to talk to those commies LOL.
Since it is Poland the Cyrillic probably still works the Polish took them
out of service when they left the Warsaw Pact.
