[GreenKeys] LD (multi wire distributor) mounting on RO base?

Anyone here had experience with the LD mounting on either a RO or LK 
base.  I've found installation instructions in the 50019S 
specification.  I've made a parts list of parts needed beyond the LD 
itself from the installation instructions.

As near as I can tell, the parts I don't already have are the shaft and 
gear to modify the intermediate gear assy. and the shoulder screw that 
is one of the mounting screws for the LD.  I get the sense the shoulder 
might be off center for adjustment purposes?

Any clues would be helpful before I ask Paul about those parts, and then 
later find out I missed something.

(The LD was still in the original box bolted to a wood base.  I suspect 
somewhere there's a bag of install hardware that fell out or was needed 
elsewhere.)

I don't seem to find any pictures that show the unit mounted on the 
RO/KSR base  although I thought I had seen such some time in the past.
