[GreenKeys] stop motor feature

And for Model 28 the stop code was sometimes FIGS BLANK H in the stunt
box, and there is an odd relay in the electrical service unit that latches
the motor off when the stop code is received and lets it go back on when
there is a break signal on the line.

In Model 15 there is a motor stop feature that doesn't use a relay, but
has a contact opened by upper case H in the function mechanism and
allowed to go closed by a mechanism around the selector magnet armature
extension.

Then there are motor stop features, including aftermarket things, that
do not use a code to stop the motor but use a timer - if the line stays
idle for a certain length of time it will turn the motor off, and turn
it back on when there is any activity on the line.

And there are some where the polarity of current in the signal line
determines whether the motor runs or stops.
