Thanks to Nick N0NCQ, I have scanned and posted 570-000-001 which is the
cross-index to the 9-digit BSP/TC sections. I've never come across this one
before, but sure wish I had!

This publication:
1) lets you go from the old manual number (like 235B for the LXD M28 TD) to
the 9-digit sections 573-105-100, 575-127-703, etc, that make up later
versions.
2) gives you a complete index of 9-digit numbers (like 574-228-100 is for
the M35ASR Cabinet)
3) gives a cross-index from apparatus code to the proper 9-digit sections
(like the UCC M33 Call Control Unit entry lists the four applicable 9-digit
sections)
