[GreenKeys] Model 15 to a computer

It's my ultimate goal to hook up a model 15 to my weather PC (windows)...  ive seen some ideas on say rs232 interfaces where one has to build a board one I dont build boards next the plans ove seen use obsolete parts...  what's the best or easiest way to accomplish this... USB would be great...
