[GreenKeys] 15 stop lever problem

OK, I found a sneaky way to push the trip plunger back up and get some
oil on it. That problem solved. Is it time to put some power on it?
We'll see, there's another bit that seems sluggish. Got to research and
see what it's supposed to do and where the other end of it is. It's
kind of connected to the selector mechanism, but can't figure out for
what. I think I saw something about motor stop, but why?
