[GreenKeys] Bi-annual veterans list

I recorded the affair with Audacity and edited out the dead air 
portions.  Had a good sigs most of the time on the websdr with just a 
little interference from digital and cw, so I think it turned out fairly 
well.

It's 11megs MP3 and I can send it to anyone who wants to play around 
with it, just shoot me an email.  Prints well on MMTTY when I play it back.
