What type of "21-A tube transmitter" are you asking about?
An RF transmitter or a TTY tape reader?
Western Union reused model numbers, so there could have been a 21-A tape
printer, a 21-A tape reader, a 21-A page printer, and maybe even a 21-A
RF transmitter??
If you are asking about the 21-A Multiplexed tape printer, then the
SMECC.org site that John listed is a good source.
